Hamburger helper for dinner
It’s been non-stop since we returned from our trip. So much so that I feel like I can’t get caught up in our studies. I need to get us back into a better rhythm, I guess. That being said, we may take a day tomorrow and decorate including putting the tree up. If I do that, then I’ll teach over the weekend.
Tonight’s dinner featured beef stroganoff by Hamburger Helper-ummm. Well, at least the milk and meat were organic!
Off to bed. It’s 2 a.m.
