My uterus didn’t fall out. It’s a good day.
Got a good work-out in today. Joined the local Gold’s gym while on vacation. Step class followed by body pump followed by a 2 mile run. Just hoping I can peel myself out of bed tomorrow to teach! My uterus doesn’t really fall out, but it sure does feel like it could sometimes, especially when I jump rope! Boy, what these little people do to you…
