Being the student

I’m still trying to get the circus to sleep so that I can have a couple of hours to do some research. It’s always nice to have the house quiet while you’re trying to read on various topics, and I need to be alone sometimes for sanity.
Tonight, I’ll be sitting in the club chair in our family room for a bit enjoying either a glass of tea or wine while I learn more about the universe-some interesting topics.

You have to read what your children read and learn what they learn for an optimal teaching environment. When I first began homeschooling, I thought the idea of learning together sounded like so much fun. Now I know it takes a great deal of work on my part.
