Comparing homeschooling environment to top prep school environment
A blurb from Forbes magazine on top U.S. prep schools…
“small classes and individualized attention gives prep school kids a unique self-confidence and ease in their exchanges with authority figures. That translates to higher wages post-college, compared with their peers. “Prep schools teach students something, or better, provides them with resources, that others do not learn or have,” he says.”
The underlined words caught my attention. Isn’t that what the homeschooling environment provides, individualized attention and the smallest class size possible? And homeschoolers are known for being able to carry on conversations well with adult figures. Love it!
